Sometimes a week of "complete " relaxation is just too much ! For the adventurous or the curious we can arrange to insert a day of fun filled excitement and exhilaration into your summer holiday or treat you to a weekend package that will leave you "remembering the good times" for a long time to come. Here are some of the packages that Whitestone Lake Resort will be offering in 2004.

Half day or Full day or Weekend ATV packages - include ATV rentals where required and guided tours on historic byways, logging roads and bush trails in the West Parry Sound district and can be tailored completely to suit your special requirements. Whether it be a box lunch on the trail, a stop at a unique local café or a gourmet "on the trail " dining experience overlooking a spectacular vista its your choice and we'll plan it to suit your experience and agenda. Since some training and equipment arrangements will need to be made in advance for your package, we do require advance notice on all ATV tours.

Kayaking Adventures - Whether you enjoy 2 man sea kayaking on beautiful Georgian Bay among the thousands of islands and inlets or white water kayaking down the famous chutes of the Magnetawan River we can custom tailor a half day, full day or weekend package to suit your needs.

Fly-in Fishing and eco-tourism or half day, full day or overnight packages are available for those who "really " want to get away from it all. With advance notice we will fly you to a remote Northern lake and even provide food and overnight accommodations should you require. Imagine fishing on a lake where the fish rarely get to see a lure or hiking down to from your cabin and try as you might you hear no traffic, people or noises of any kind except for possibly the call of the loon or the lapping of the water against the shore. This is experiencing Mother Nature at her best! It will leave you feeling restored and rejuvenated along with some great memories upon your return. We can also provide you with beautiful aerial site seeing tour…. How about a 30,000 island tour among the islands and shores of Georgian Bay or a romantic sunset champagne flight?

Horseback excursions ranging from one hour to one day can also be arranged. Please give us a call in advance and let us know how many in your party and we can arrange everything for you.

Georgian Bay is world renowned for its pickerel, trout, bass and salmon fishing. We can arrange full or half-day charters leaving from Parry Sound for an experience that will not soon be forgotten. Again, advance booking is required.

If scuba diving is your thing there are many wonderful old wrecks and exciting underwater points of interest just a short boat ride from Parry Sound. Let us know in advance the size of your party and/or your equipment requirements and we will provide you with a guided charter of Georgian Bay diving points of interest.
